Prices are in US currency and all orders, including Travel expenses, (shipping & handling costs),  must be paid in advance - NO C.O.D.'s.   I accept money orders, *checks, bank drafts and Credit Cards through the PayPal system on-line (click on link at bottom of page or ask me to send you an invoice.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay me through them ).   I will hold your bear in reserve for up to seven (7) Business days to allow for receipt of payment by check or money order.  Hibernation plans are available - if interested, please ask.  

*With personal checks,  Travel arrangements will be delayed up to ten Business days from receipt of payment.

Travel arrangements for my Bears are made via USPS-Priority mail, Fed-Ex, or UPS.   Travel expenses depend upon bear size, weight and destination (unless otherwise stated).  Please email your shipping address for all travel arrangement fees.  All Bears carry travel insurance for their retail value.

Each Bear is individually hand crafted and even when created from the same pattern and fabric, will vary somewhat, giving every bear a unique character.  Each bear has a handmade Bearfoot Elegance tag attached to the back. (Tag Photo).

All bears are sold as adult collectibles and are not suitable as toys for small children. 

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the purchase of your new **bear or gift item, it may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only.  (I do not refund shipping / handling costs.)  Your order may be returned only if you notify me within three (3) days of receipt and it is postmarked within five (5) days of receipt. All items must be returned in original condition, along with any certificates, tags and/or adornments.  Bears must not smell of smoke or cooking odors.  I recommend, for your protection,  that if you need to return your bear, friend or gift item, that you insure it for it's full retail value, as I cannot be responsible for items lost by postal or shipping services.
